How does the AI search work?

Our AI understands natural language, so you can search for "lightweight running shoes under $80" and get relevant results across thousands of stores, not just keyword matches.

What is "New Arrivals" sort?

New Arrivals shows the most recently added products first, so you can discover what's just hit the market across Shopify stores.

How do I filter by price or rating?

Use the filter panel on the search page. You can set min/max price, minimum rating, stock availability, and product category.

Can I search without an account?

Yes, guests get up to 5 free searches. Create a free account for unlimited searches and a personal wishlist.

Shopping & Wishlist

How do I save products to my wishlist?

Click the heart icon on any product card. Wishlisted products are saved to your account and accessible from your profile page.

Can I buy products directly on ShopAIflex?

No. Clicking "Buy Now" takes you directly to the merchant's Shopify store to complete the purchase. We don't process payments.

Why do some products show no price?

Some merchants may not have a public price available or require a login on their store. Click "View" to check their store directly.

For Merchants

How do I register as a merchant?

Go to the Merchant page and click "Register Your Store". You'll need your store name and Shopify store domain (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com).

What does the merchant dashboard show?

Your dashboard displays impressions (how often your products appeared in search), views (clicks), buy-now clicks, and consented shopper activity.

How do I use Competitor Analysis?

From your merchant dashboard, click "Competitor Analysis". Search for any keyword to see how your products compare to competitors on price and rating.

Why are some user emails hidden?

We only show emails of shoppers who explicitly consented to analytics sharing during signup. This ensures GDPR compliance.

Privacy & Data

What data does ShopAIflex collect?

We collect account information (email, name) and, if you consent, analytics events like product views and search queries.

How do I withdraw analytics consent?

Go to your Profile page and toggle off "Analytics Consent". Your data will no longer be shared with merchants going forward.

Is my data sold to third parties?

Never. We do not sell personal data. Analytics data is only shared with the merchants whose products you interacted with, and only if you consented.

Account & Profile

How do I change my password?

Go to your Profile page and use the "Change Password" section. You'll need to enter your current password to confirm the change.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at shopaiflex@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We'll process your request within 30 days per GDPR requirements.

Can I have both a shopper and merchant account?

Currently each email can only be associated with one account type. Register a separate email for a merchant account.
